Our company was founded with a focus on steel-related work, but around the year 2000, we began to receive orders for large-sized control panels and distribution boards. About five years later, the number of related customers increased, and we started to receive orders for small-sized control panels and distribution boards as well. Another five years later, in addition to those, we began to receive orders for various sizes and materials of boxes. Now, we are engaged in the sheet metal fabrication of various types of panels for indoor and outdoor use, utilizing steel and stainless steel.

Based on the sports lockers from our site, we received instructions on the mesh structure, size specifications, and custom features, and we assisted in creating the drawings. For the actual installation work on-site, our team members traveled by plane and picked up the products via truck delivery.

Additionally, an acrylic window (W30mm × H40mm) has been incorporated to allow for easy verification of card presence, and the lockers are designed with a master key system for easier management by each administrator. In relation to the installation of the acrylic panel, we communicated directly with the acrylic panel manufacturer to exchange opinions on points to consider during installation. The lower section is designed to store models of patients' dental impressions, so the drawers are sized to fit the dimensions of the models.

They asked us to custom-make a locked lectern that can store cameras and laptops in preparation for remote web classes in the second semester. We produced 150 units in a short timeframe. This custom-made product is designed to be used easily by professors moving between classrooms. We visited the university to gather information on their operations, submitted proposal drawings and estimates, and were able to secure the order. We also handled the delivery of the required number of units to each building. The professors were very satisfied with the results.
