The depth is divided into two sections, with the seating area designed for comfort, featuring pink cushioned seats to enhance femininity. As part of the 100th anniversary project in 2024, we carried out a renovation of the clubroom lockers. Since last year, we have been obtaining estimates and conducting on-site surveys for the locker renovation project, and through a series of discussions, we initially considered replacing the lockers and benches with conventional types (the same as the current ones). However, upon investigating the current state of locker rooms in sports facilities both domestically and internationally, we found that the convenience of "sports lockers" is high, leading us to conclude that introducing this type would be the best decision for the next 30 years. Ultimately, we obtained estimates from four vendors, and after thorough discussions at the board meeting, we decided to place an order with Nibari Works, located in Higashi-Osaka City, due to their excellent past production and installation track record, as well as the convenience of maintenance in the future. On October 1, 1964, the day the Tōkaidō Shinkansen was inaugurated, the predecessor, Kiyonosuke Nibari, resigned from his position as a designer at a safe manufacturer and established Nibari Works with two others. In the early days, they created large drawers for maritime charts, which they designed and built themselves. This work can be considered the origin of Nibari Works, which specializes in custom-made steel furniture. To create "non-standard" drawers that are not listed in the catalog, various know-how was necessary. We received a request from Fujiseimitsu Kogyo, a metal processing manufacturer in Higashi-Osaka City, to produce a custom wide drawer for storing etching processing films, and we delivered six units. The request was made because the drawers currently in use were deteriorating over time, and they wanted to replace them with new ones. During our meeting, we decided on the number of drawers and the internal dimensions based on their preferences. Additionally, they requested that a cleaning robot be able to pass under the drawer, so we designed it with a base of the desired height attached to the bottom. Our company employees visited for the delivery, where they installed the drawers and collected the previously used ones. After installation, when they checked the product, they were satisfied with the design and usability as per their expectations.

This is a drawer cart with a frame structure that combines steel and stainless steel. It is an example of our efforts to create OEM products that meet customer requirements in terms of design, functionality, and appearance by welding thicker angle materials (steel) with stainless steel components. Due to the characteristics of the cart, we faced challenges in product development, such as maintaining the rigidity of the body and the strength of the wheels. By using both CO2 welding and argon welding, we are also striving to improve productivity with cost considerations in mind.
