The "L Series" is a liquid flow meter manufactured by ALICAT that features a laminar flow method (differential pressure type) with a high-speed response of 20 ms. It quickly follows changes in flow rate, allowing for real-time flow rate monitoring. The flow range is 50:1 from 2 to 100% F.S., with the 0.5 CCM type capable of measuring from 0.01 mL/min. It comes standard with external outputs of 0 to 5 VDC and RS-232C communication, and includes a NIST traceable inspection certificate. The "LC/LCR Series" is a liquid flow controller manufactured by ALICAT that can quickly control to a specified flow rate with a response speed of 100 ms using a laminar flow method (differential pressure). It allows for the desired flow rate to be achieved in a short time. Flow rate settings can be easily operated via a front switch, and settings can also be made through analog input or communication. It comes standard with an LCD display, allowing for real-time flow rate monitoring due to its fast response speed. Standard external outputs include 0-5 VDC output and RS-232C communication.
