ALE/2 is an LED ultraviolet irradiation device that achieves high output and high stability, surpassing conventional discharge lamps. It is equipped with up to four built-in LED wavelengths, allowing for multiple wavelength outputs. A significant difference from the ALE/1 in the ALE series is the ability to mount multiple modules of the same wavelength. Therefore, it is possible to output only the i-line or g-line at high intensity, making it suitable for semiconductor applications. The LED modules can be easily replaced, allowing for flexible adaptation to changes in applications.

This is a super high-output LED irradiation system that replaces conventional discharge lamps (mercury lamps). The ALE/1C is used by connecting two systems: the control system (CSS) and the exposure system (ESS). By splitting the system into two, we have achieved a compact design that is easy to integrate into equipment while maintaining high output. Additionally, the exposure system can be used in combination with various optical components such as light pipes and light guides. The "Hyperspectral Camera ULTRIS X20" is an innovative hyperspectral camera based on light field technology. It is equipped with a 20MP CMOS sensor, allowing for the acquisition of high-resolution data. This is a super high-sensitivity CCD camera suitable for VUV, EUV, soft X-ray, and hard X-ray regions. It achieves a high signal-to-noise ratio (S/N ratio) through high-sensitivity CCD and cooling technology. It is capable of detecting extremely weak signals that cannot be measured with CMOS cameras. ■ Super High Sensitivity The CCD sensor achieves a high quantum efficiency of up to 98%, allowing for the measurement of weak signals. It realizes a high dynamic range with 18-bit digital output, enabling simultaneous measurement of strong and weak signals. The TE cooling system, which cools down to -100°C, achieves an extremely low dark current of 0.00015 e-/pixel/s. ■ High Performance as a Camera It can read out at a maximum frame rate of 5 MHz. The Hyperchromator is a wavelength-variable light source that uses ISTEQ's laser-excited white light source, the XWS-30, as its light source. A module developed specifically for the ISTEQ XWS-30 efficiently captures light from the XWS-30 and extracts certain wavelengths of that light using a grating-based spectral method.
