【Technical Related】 ○Circuit Formation Q: Is there a method to improve the positional accuracy of the patterns on both sides? A: We have achieved accuracy up to ±30μm. High-precision hole drilling and pattern formation can be achieved using the LDI method with a super high-speed, small-diameter drill machine. ○Bonding Gold Plating Q: Is there a surface treatment suitable for bonding on COB substrates?
