Freely control the texture of materials! A jacket roll that demonstrates excellent functionality.
The thermal processing of plastic films and magnetic tapes, as well as the rapidly expanding applications of non-woven fabrics in recent years, such as in paper diapers and automotive interior materials, is where the "Jacket Roll" demonstrates its excellent functionality. Additionally, it thermally fuses synthetic fiber webs (a sheet-like mass of fibers aligned in one direction) at regular intervals, creating materials with uniform strength suitable for fabric and a variety of textures appropriate for different applications. 【Main Applications】 ■ Non-woven fabric for paper diapers ■ Non-woven fabric for automotive seats, etc. ■ Magnetic tapes ■ Woven fabrics ■ PVC sheets, and more For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
