We would like to introduce a case where the work analysis and business optimization software "OTRS" was implemented at Nichirin Co., Ltd. Inefficient work analysis and insufficient communication overseas were bottlenecks. In February 2017, "OTRS" was first introduced at the Himeji factory as an educational tool for improving manufacturing and as a work training tool for sites including overseas locations.
