[Customer Case] Kowa Building Maintenance Co., Ltd.

Deodorize odors that cannot be removed with deodorants using ozone! Strong effectiveness against pet odors and mold odors in rental housing.

At Kowa Building Maintenance Co., Ltd., cleaning staff visit by vehicle to clean the floors and walls of rental houses, such as single-family homes. They had been using sodium hypochlorite and various manufacturers' deodorants for disinfection and deodorization, but while they could mask pet odors with the smell of chlorine, they were unable to eliminate the pet odors, which was a problem. Therefore, they introduced "Ozone Made." This allowed them to remove pet odors from single-family rental homes that they had previously been unable to eliminate, significantly reducing the burden on the cleaning staff. Additionally, it is also used for cleaning and deodorizing tasks in apartment complexes, restaurants, and elderly care facilities. 【Challenges Before Implementation】 ■ Pet odors remained indoors when tenants moved out. ■ They had been using sodium hypochlorite and various manufacturers' deodorants, but were unable to eliminate pet odors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
