By rapidly heating the adhesive surface between the coating and the steel material, it is possible to remove thick coatings! *Demonstration with actual equipment available!
"IH Hakuri" is an induction heating device designed to easily peel off the coating film adhered to steel plates. By rapidly heating the surface temperature of the steel plate (approximately 140-240°C) through induction heating, it destroys the adhesive layer of the coating film, enabling easy peeling of the coating. Additionally, it does not use grinding materials or water (liquid), resulting in waste consisting only of the coating film, which contributes to the reduction of industrial waste disposal costs. 【Features】 ■ Significant reduction in waste generation ■ Improved work efficiency with induction heating method ■ Better working environment compared to other methods *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
