Significantly reduce the effort required for daily maintenance and cleaning! Solve odor issues caused by sludge and problems with spillage of transported materials.
Traditionally, in belt conveyors for sludge transport, it was necessary to create and install expensive enclosures for odor control. However, the "shaftless screw conveyor" that our company handles is completely sealed at the shaft, eliminating any issues with odors or spillage of transported materials! By preventing spillage of transported materials, we significantly reduce the labor required for daily maintenance and cleaning, while also improving the working environment around the conveyor. Furthermore, the absence of a shaft allows for a larger transport capacity, greatly enhancing transport efficiency. 【Features of the Shaftless Screw Conveyor】 - No shaft means no entanglement of transported materials - Capable of steep incline transport - Versatile combinations possible - Low noise - Completely sealed - Capable of long-distance transport *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
