Powder and granular material conveying - Shaftless screw conveyor

Long-distance and inclined transportation of powdery materials, feed, etc. is possible.

It has a transport record of 32 meters with a single drive. Residual powder can be significantly reduced by changing the shape of the trough. Since it is completely sealed, there is no spillage or scattering, which reduces the effort required for cleaning and maintenance. It is also possible to transport while adding and stirring chemicals and materials. 【Features】 - Capable of transporting solids, liquids, viscous materials, and string-like items without tangling. - Can transport at an incline from 0° to 90°. - If a steeper slope is needed, vertical transport is also possible, allowing for flexible installation locations. - There are no bearings at the end of the conveyor, so there are no restrictions on connecting equipment, allowing for effective use of space. - It rotates on the resin liner at low speeds, so noise during transport is not a concern. - There is no spillage of transported materials, significantly reducing daily maintenance and cleaning efforts, and improving the working environment around the conveyor. - The screw has a cantilever structure, allowing for transport of up to 32 meters (record) with a single device. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
