This is a case study introducing solutions for manufacturers of paper products and packaging materials. The introduction of the E-Coater coating system has achieved a reduction in manufacturing costs.
[Consultation from a manufacturer of paper products and packaging materials] We were contacted by a manufacturer who is currently applying water-based solvent adhesives to washi paper to produce masking tape. They wish to switch to hot melt adhesive application equipment to reduce material costs. [Introduced System] E Coater Head (coating width 310mm) Coating amount: 20g/m2 VH60WSS tank [Features] - Uniform coating is possible - Special coater head for on-roll coating - Maximum coating width: 600mm - Ideal for laminating thin films as it does not create lines or unevenness on the surface of the sheet after laminating printed sheets (films) [Implementation Effects] Achieved increased production speed and reduced manufacturing costs. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
