Applications/Examples of results
■Training Content The Angel Game is a team-based competition where participants develop and propose business plans in response to a given theme, ultimately deciding on the best proposal. The term "angel" in the training name "Angel Game" refers not to angels in the traditional sense, but to "investors." All participants will take on the role of investors in the game. The investors will listen to presentations of the proposals created by each team and will use mock currency called "Yatta Cards" to invest in the proposals they find promising. Additionally, the presentations are not one-time events; after presenting, teams will receive feedback and improvement suggestions from other teams, allowing them to refine their proposals and present again. This process will be repeated about three times, with teams competing to collect the most "Yatta Cards," ultimately determining the best proposal. The core theme of the training will be decided in discussion with the training coordinator. Past themes have included: ★ A plan to achieve 300 million yen in sales in three years ★ Planning new business initiatives from the employees' perspective ★ Creating a business improvement plan to reduce employee burden ★ A plan to improve the company's ranking in the industry and others.
