For those in managerial positions, it is necessary to take care of their own mental health as well as provide line care for their subordinates. This training aims to understand the current state of mental health in Japan and identify actions to reduce stress. The program includes both mental care and line care, covering the basic understanding of "mental health" as well as communication training. The instructor is Miwako Yasunaka, a social insurance labor consultant and industrial counselor with extensive experience in this field.
