The interior consists of a lightweight steel door made of an aluminum frame, honeycomb material, and styrene foam, with a surface material made of thin steel plates ranging from 0.4mm to 0.8mm. In addition to being shipped with rust-proof paint, it can also be shipped with baked-on paint in specified colors. It is possible to change the peephole and edge materials to stainless steel, making it a highly customizable lightweight steel door.

✔ The door interior is a combination of aluminum frame and honeycomb material or styrene foam (for thermal insulation and fireproof cases, it is fireproof polystyrene foam or phenolic foam), making it very lightweight. ✔ A variety of FIX windows and grilles are available as options. ✔ In addition to rust-proof specifications for on-site painting, we also offer baked painting (solvent) at our own factory. ✔ High dimensional accuracy produced by a cleanroom door manufacturer, all custom-made to 1mm increments. * If no specifications are provided, the coating will be our designated acrylic resin paint. If specified in advance, it can also be done with urethane-based paint or fluororesin paint. * It does not qualify as a specific fire protection facility or fire protection equipment. Please use "DSST-R" as a fire protection facility according to structural regulations, and "DSST-A" as a separately certified fire protection facility with windows. * The perimeter of the door body is surrounded by 1.6mm thick steel edge material.
