We will introduce examples of cases that accommodate small lot items, prototypes, and single items.

We will introduce examples of handling single items, prototypes, pre-production samples to mass production, and mass production only. In the case of processing equipment parts painting, we handled single items of melamine baked paint with a palm-sized iron base, and for medical pharmaceutical device springs, we managed powder coating with an iron base for 300 to 400 pieces. Additionally, we were able to accept mass production of powder coating (with masking) for energy equipment parts at a rate of 1,000 pieces per month.
