We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of the vacuum dehydration drying device "G50 type" to a surface treatment agent manufacturing company. When expanding a new plating line, the disposal cost of the rinse tank wastewater, which is updated once a week, became an issue, leading to the consideration of volume reduction using V-CyCle G. This has resulted in the removal treatment of low-concentration radioactive contaminated materials and the cleanliness management process for final cleaning systems of space-related engines. We propose the distillation concentration of high-concentration waste liquid discharged from production processes using a vacuum dehydration drying device based on vacuum distillation, contributing to the reduction of industrial waste, resource recovery, and the reuse of distilled water.
