If you provide only safety information without registering as a user on MP-Connect, after reviewing the terms of service, you can enter your email address to receive a verification code, which will allow you to log in. (This applies when registering information only once without user registration on MP-Connect.)

MP-Connect User Registration Screen (2) (When registering as a user on MP-Connect and using MP-Connect permanently with a user ID and password) After entering the sent security code, you will change the password of the issued account yourself.
