Moreover, the speed of intentions to change jobs is increasing year by year. According to a survey conducted six months after joining, about 40% of employees are considering changing jobs, and there are survey results indicating that a reason for changing jobs is "not feeling a sense of fulfillment or significance in the work," making employee retention a challenge for companies. To feel the significance of work, it is important to realize and understand it through one's own experiences and successes. The significance gained through personal experiences is etched in the heart and becomes a source of sustained motivation. In this training, we will focus on job crafting (how to approach work, how to interact with others, and how to perceive work). By each individual developing a sense of purpose in their work and adopting a proactive attitude, we aim to enhance satisfaction and a sense of achievement in their jobs. Overview of the Training ■Reflection after Joining: Reflect on the successes and failures experienced after joining the company to re-recognize personal growth and challenges. ■Overview of Job Crafting: Learn how to reconstruct your work from three perspectives: how to do your job, how to interact with others, and how to perceive your work. ■Workshop 1 "How to Do Your Job": Reflect on your current work methods and consider efficient and effective approaches that leverage your strengths. ■Workshop 2 "How to Interact with Others": Acquire skills for effective communication in the workplace and building smooth interpersonal relationships. ■Workshop 3 "How to Perceive Your Work": Clarify what brings joy to your work and develop the ability to consider purposes and goals even for a single task. ■Desired Image of New Employees and Goal Setting for Six Months Later: Organize future prospects and aspirations, and set specific goals for six months later to enhance motivation. ■Final Presentation "Learnings and Aspirations": Share learnings from the training and present future steps together with peers. *Customization is available upon request.
