Excellent Retention Capability: The Claricap CSD & Roheap CSD series filters have a three-dimensional internal structure, with pore sizes gradually decreasing towards the inside of the filter, reducing the movement of solid particles and enabling particle capture. Diatomaceous earth serves as an additive for inorganic filters and has a natural porous structure. It has a high particle adsorption effect and enhances the permeability of the filter. The filter contains a small amount of synthetic resin, which not only improves the wet strength of the filter but also allows for the loading of positive charges to ensure adsorption efficiency. Excellent Characteristics: The CSD series, which uses high-purity cellulose and reduces ion precipitation and endotoxin levels, is suitable for biopharmaceuticals and other high-purity applications. This filter design addresses issues commonly seen in conventional disc filters, such as leakage, excessive wear, and high costs. The filtration aids contained in the filter create a cross-shaped three-dimensional structure inside, ensuring higher retention capacity for contaminants and longer lifespan.
