We will roughly wrap the urethane and finish it with lathe processing. We can also wrap the core materials of standard products and custom-made items, and perform re-wrapping processing.
High-intensity urethane rollers are resistant to wear and have high durability. We will manufacture a shaft fixture, so the core and rubber will basically be concentric. If the rubber is larger than the core, it will become difficult to cut the thickness due to the rubber's escape.
