The Management Game (MG) is a practical educational training program developed by Sony in 1976. It has a track record of approximately 5,000 companies and 1 million participants, primarily among large corporations. Through corporate management simulation (experiential learning), it enhances numerical ability and strategic thinking. Each participant takes on the role of a business owner, managing the company from its founding to its operations. They practice a series of management cycles, including decision-making, result analysis (financial statements), and planning. Participants not only create P/L and B/S but also learn strategic accounting (criteria for profit generation), conduct management analysis, and draft the next management plan (strategic plan). On September 21, 2025 (Sunday), we held our educational program "Management Game MG" at the Kumano Regional Commerce and Industry Association meeting. We adjusted the schedule for the day, and many businesses participated. Thank you very much.

You will conduct training sessions lasting 1 to 3 days for participants (12 to 36 people) at client locations across the country. 【Desired Candidate Profile】 - Experience participating in management games (MG) - Committed to personal growth and engaged in mutual improvement - Someone who resonates with our training style of "if it's not fun, it's not training" - Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel) are essential. - Open to feedback and able to utilize it for personal growth 【Preferred Qualifications】 - Possession of specialized knowledge in accounting and finance (experience in financial institutions is welcome) - Experience in human resources, talent development, or management - Certified professionals such as CPAs, small business consultants, or labor and social security attorneys with consulting experience *No prior experience as an instructor or trainer is required. Many individuals take their first step into the field of talent development from being MG training instructors.
