Our company has developed and manufactured a "precision cleaning device" using a spin cleaning method in the cleaning process of semiconductor manufacturing. Both the development machine and the mass production machine underwent design, mechanical and electrical assembly, adjustment, debugging, inspection, shipping, and on-site startup.
