This product "Gardenia Yellow" is a natural food coloring extracted and refined from the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. The main coloring component is yellow flavonoids, and the product is in a powder form ranging from yellow to brownish-yellow, soluble in water and ethanol solutions. It is insoluble in acetone and fats. The product has a unique aroma and flavor characteristic of gardenia, possesses vivid and strong coloring power, and exhibits excellent light and heat resistance.
