The Sanpelca series, as an independent bubble polyethylene foam, combines cushioning properties with moderate rigidity and is widely used as interior material for cases. We select material grades and thicknesses according to the shape, weight, and usage environment of the stored items, and we manufacture by combining punching and bonding processes. We can accommodate prototypes and small quantity projects, and during mass production, efficient manufacturing is possible through the optimization of processing methods. Case interior pads refer to the foam that is placed inside cases used for storing tools, precision instruments, measuring devices, and more. By processing the foam to match the shape of the stored items, it helps to mitigate impacts during transport and storage, and prevents the items from moving within the case.
