By chemically bonding fluoropolymer, it achieves high non-stick properties and durability. The film thickness is very thin, at less than 1μm, which minimizes the impact on nozzle shape and dimensional accuracy. Additionally, since it does not require blast treatment, it can impart functionality while maintaining surface smoothness.
