Thawing is possible at about twice the speed of refrigerator thawing!
Thawing is possible at about twice the speed of thawing in a refrigerator! The depak thawing machine achieves uniform thawing through precise temperature control and airflow management. Additionally, with the power of electricity (depak), it suppresses the oxidation of ingredients and activates their cells. The effects of depak and optimal low-temperature thawing are fully automated. It can thaw and preserve a variety of ingredients, regardless of type or size!
