We would like to introduce a case where the Kyushu Canon Labor Union implemented "VideoStep" to support the skill development of its members. Before the implementation, the labor union was in a situation where it was searching for ways to support the skill development of its members, which is necessary for the future. After the implementation, videos were created on topics such as promotional videos, recommended books, and computer operation.
