We have performed die-cut processing of sponge for case interiors using sponge material. We can accommodate shape processing tailored to the items being stored. Various types of sponge materials can be selected according to their intended use, including firmer, more robust sponge materials and softer sponges with high safety. They are used for purposes such as product protection, scratch prevention, storage fixation, and cushioning materials. This product is a sponge processed item for case interiors, shaped according to the items being stored. By cutting the sponge with a mold, we can consistently produce the same shape. We can accommodate die-cut processing tailored to the shape of the stored items. For case interior applications, we select sponge materials considering product fixation, protection, and cushioning performance. If you have specific requests, we will of course produce it with that material.
