Delivery Record: Conical Dryer

In a situation where securing capacity in a limited space is necessary, consideration for work safety is also required.

We have handled the mechanical design, electrical design, installation work, and piping work for the conical dryer and its ancillary equipment. In the case of a standard conical dryer, we could not meet the height constraints of the installation location. However, due to the small angle of repose of the raw materials, we designed a special shape with an elongated cylindrical section to secure the capacity. Since the large main body is a rotating device, we surrounded it with a safety fence and installed an interlock system to allow work on the machine side only when it is stopped. 【Project Overview and Challenges】 ■ Automatically stop the main body at a fixed position and receive raw materials from the receiving hopper. ■ Manage the flow rate of the chemical solution and supply the necessary amount to the conical dryer. ■ Supply the heat medium to the dryer jacket to heat the raw materials. ■ Stir and dry by rotating the main body itself. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
