1. The Φ5mm point can be heated to 1450°C in a short time. The HPH-50 is a halogen point heater that concentrates the light from a halogen lamp onto a single point using a focusing lens to achieve high-temperature heating. The temperature varies depending on the infrared absorption rate of the heated object, but it can heat a point with a focal length of 20mm to approximately 1450°C. The method of controlling the heating temperature can be done by controlling the irradiation time or the voltage. By adjusting the voltage to 90%, the lamp life can be tripled. 2. It achieves perfect clean heating and can also heat in clean rooms or under vacuum conditions. 3. It has become possible to heat in narrow spaces that could only be addressed by optical fibers or lasers in the past.
