Emits mid-infrared radiation close to the water absorption wavelength When the heating element temperature is set to 700°C, the peak wavelength of the emitted energy is approximately 3μm, making it ideal for heating water droplets, aqueous solutions, and other hydrated compounds. 2. Optimal for resin heating As it is a carbon fiber heating element derived from polymer compounds, it excels in heating resins. 3. Fast startup Reaches 80% in just 2.7 seconds and 100% in 8.5 seconds. 4. Flexible lighting direction Due to the use of flexible materials for the heating element, it can be processed into line-type or ring-type shapes. The heating element itself is lightweight and can be oriented vertically, horizontally, or diagonally without restriction. Moreover, it also boasts excellent impact resistance.
