The small φ5 point can be heated up to 1350°C. The HPH-35 is a halogen point heater that concentrates the light from a halogen lamp to achieve high-temperature heating. When heating a thermocouple with a 110W lamp, the temperature rises to about 1350°C at a focal distance of 15mm. The heating temperature varies depending on the type of object being heated. Temperature control can be achieved through irradiation time control or voltage control. It has become possible to heat in narrow spaces that could only be addressed by optical fibers or lasers in the past. Compared to fiber optic heating and laser heating methods, it offers overwhelming efficiency, being more than 10 times higher, along with lower costs, energy savings, and safety.
