It can heat a small φ5 point up to 1350℃.
The small φ5 point can be heated up to 1350°C. The HPH-35 is a halogen point heater that concentrates the light from a halogen lamp to achieve high-temperature heating. When heating a thermocouple with a 110W lamp, the temperature rises to about 1350°C at a focal distance of 15mm. The heating temperature varies depending on the type of object being heated. Temperature control can be achieved through irradiation time control or voltage control. It has become possible to heat in narrow spaces that could only be addressed by optical fibers or lasers in the past. Compared to fiber optic heating and laser heating methods, it offers overwhelming efficiency, being more than 10 times higher, along with lower costs, energy savings, and safety. There are no restrictions on the direction of illumination, allowing for use while moving. *Please ensure that shock prevention measures are taken, as significant impact will occur when mounting movable parts during stops.

Soldering of Printed Circuit Boards Issues I was struggling because there was no good method for lead-free soldering. ⇒ Points of Improvement I used a small spot halogen point heater for soldering. The heating and cooling times are short, and temperature control is easy, so the soldering went well. Since it is spot heating, thermal stress on other components was minimized. Furthermore, because it is non-contact, defects caused by residual solder were eliminated.
