This is a surface treatment solution that applies fluororesin (PTFE or PFA) to metal food trays used in the manufacturing and processing lines of foods such as bread, side dishes, and frozen foods. ■ Technical Features - Forms a completely uniform coating without pinholes, even in the corner areas of the trays and the details of ribs (reinforcement shapes) that ensure strength. - Provides excellent "non-stick (release)" properties, thoroughly preventing ingredients such as sauces, dressings, and dough from sticking or burning onto the tray surface, even in harsh baking and heating environments. - Naturally complies with food sanitation laws, making it safe for use in areas where food comes into direct contact. It dramatically improves the yield of products by eliminating deformation of delicate ingredients and strongly supports the continuous stable production of high-quality foods. Because ingredients are less likely to remain, the time required for rinsing and cleaning after use (downtime) is significantly reduced.
