As a result, even in harsh environments where heavy items, such as cardboard containing 2L PET bottles, continuously rub against each other, the film does not wear out and peel off as it does with typical fluororesin coatings. ■ Maintaining lubricity even when worn Even if wear progresses, the fluororesin (lubricating component) uniformly dispersed within the film continues to be exposed, allowing the initial smooth slip properties to be maintained for a long time. The exposed metal surface increased friction resistance sharply, causing frequent "choco stops" where cardboard got caught and fell over. Each time, the line had to be stopped, significantly reducing productivity. ・After implementation: By changing to PEEKCOAT G10, the durability was extended up to four times compared to the conventional method. Even after long-term use, the initial smooth sliding performance was maintained, and the risk of snagging and falling was almost zero. Sudden line stoppages decreased dramatically.
