A high-precision latex stability test that contributes to ensuring the strength of gloves.
In the glove manufacturing industry, evaluating the stability of latex raw materials is crucial to ensure product strength and durability. In particular, quality control of raw materials is essential to prevent tearing and deterioration during use and to maintain safety. Inadequate evaluation of latex stability can lead to a decline in product quality and complaints. Our latex stability testing machine, Model MK4, provides accurate test results and contributes to ensuring the strength of gloves. 【Application Scenarios】 - Quality control of latex gloves - Stability comparison of raw materials by lot - Quality testing based on ISO and ASTM standards 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Improvement in product strength and durability - Reduction in complaints due to stabilization of quality - Support for reliable raw material selection

Testing Procedure for Latex (Rubber Emulsion) - This product is a device for mechanically testing the physical stability of concentrated natural rubber and synthetic rubber through high-speed stirring and mechanical breakage. - Stirring is conducted at a constant speed of 14,000 rpm until either the evaluation criteria are met or the stability of the latex is lost. - To process up to the evaluation criteria, a drop of latex (rubber emulsion) is placed on a concave lens, and the loss due to turbulence is indicated by changes in sound during stirring. - The evaluation criteria are determined by the first appearance of small pieces of coagulated rubber. - The evaluation criteria are confirmed by an increase in the amount of coagulated rubber after an additional 15 seconds of stirring. - In this case, the evaluation criteria are based on the presence of approximately 1% of coagulated material relative to the total solids. - The mechanical stability of the latex is expressed in seconds taken from the start of the test to the evaluation criteria.
