Its low thermal conductivity minimizes heat loss and heat gain in cold water piping and air conditioning systems, contributing to energy savings. Additionally, it possesses excellent fire resistance performance classified as "Class 1" according to BS476 Part 7, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including cold water systems, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ducts, tanks, and flanges.
