It is a fluororesin coating with non-stick, low friction, and heat resistance properties. It has excellent release properties, and even after heating a mixture of eggs, sauces, ketchup, sugar, etc., at 250°C for 30 minutes, it can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth. Being a one-coat application, it also contributes to reducing product costs. (If you are looking for a higher performance type, please consider a two-coat version.)
