Permit for Transporting Specially Controlled Industrial Waste
SK-02 | Waste Management Act | Specially controlled industrial waste | Transport permit
When you transport specially controlled industrial waste such as waste oil, waste acids or alkalis. From determining whether the waste qualifies to the permit application.
Transporting specially controlled industrial waste, such as flammable waste oil, strongly acidic or alkaline waste liquids and infectious waste, requires a separate permit for specially controlled industrial waste in addition to the ordinary industrial waste permit. A dedicated training course must be completed, and stricter rules apply to containers, labeling and manifests. Whether waste is specially controlled depends on properties such as the pH of waste liquids and the flash point of waste oil. Applying with the wrong classification can lead to refusal or a legal violation, so the determination is the starting point. Our administrative scrivener, who managed waste liquids and waste oil as a former chemical-company researcher, determines the classification from SDSs and analysis results, organizes the permit scope, and handles the training course arrangements and application documents. Applications combined with an ordinary industrial waste permit are also welcome.

Our office is run by an administrative scrivener (gyoseishoshi) who completed a master's course at Kyoto University Graduate School of Engineering and then worked as a researcher at a chemical manufacturer, developing cosmetics, detergents, adhesives, semiconductor and optical materials. Hands-on experience also includes SDS preparation, waste liquid management and risk assessment. Because we can read structural formulas, SDSs and process flow diagrams as they are, you do not need to spend time explaining your technology. We prepare documents grounded in both science and law, and handle communication with the authorities. As a Class A Hazardous Materials Engineer and a 1st Grade Certified Skilled Worker of Financial Planning, we also support capital investment subsidies and business plans from the perspective of profitability and cash flow.
