Manufacturing or importing poisonous or deleterious substances for sale or transfer requires registration as a manufacturer or importer, renewed every five years. If you sell your own products only to other registered businesses in this field, manufacturer registration alone is sufficient and seller registration is not required. A poisonous and deleterious substances handling supervisor must be appointed for each plant or office and notified within 30 days. Importers without warehouses also need a supervisor, and dispatched workers or seconded staff who remain on another company's payroll cannot serve. Adding substances requires a change of registration.
