I had thought that since we had installed the equipment, the records would be complete. However, there is a gap corresponding to the time when the employee is not driving between that reassurance and the ability of the company to explain the employee's work from start to finish. There is no need to replace the digital tachograph. The road guardian manages attendance separately, allowing the employee to clock in and out and take breaks using their smartphone while keeping the vehicle's records in the current digital tachograph. It does not support data import from the digital tachograph. From the states of being on duty, on break, and off duty, the location at the time of clocking in, daily movement history, and monthly attendance records, we can confirm the work including before and after driving. The acquisition of location depends on the condition of the device. The timing of clocking in will be determined according to your company's work procedures.
