MC Nylon is a cast nylon (PA6 series) polymerized using the monomer casting method. It excels in mechanical strength, wear resistance, and heat resistance compared to general nylon 6, and is widely used in machined parts such as gears, bearings, and rollers. KIRIURI.COM offers a range of round rods in 144 sizes (φ10 to φ250), starting from the basic grade MC901 (blue), as well as uncolored MC900, weather-resistant MC801, sliding MC703HL, heat-resistant up to 150°C MC602ST, conductive MC501CD (R2/R6/R9), and non-carbon anti-static MC500AS (R11). MC901 (Blue) Basic Grade It excels in mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, and chemical properties compared to general 6 nylon. Continuous use temperature is approximately 120°C, and tensile strength is about 96 MPa. Suitable for various mechanical parts such as gears, bearings, and rollers. Round bars φ10 to φ250.

MC900 (Ivory) Natural Grade It has performance equivalent to MC901 and is an uncolored grade. Suitable for applications where coloring is to be avoided. Round rod φ20 to φ200.

MC801 (Dark Gray) Weather-Resistant Grade By adding special graphite, it improves weather resistance, wear resistance, and sliding performance. It blocks ultraviolet rays and withstands long-term outdoor use. Suitable for outdoor construction machinery parts, slide plates, and bearings. Round bars φ20 to φ250.

MC703HL (Purple) Sliding Grade Special lubricants are added to further enhance sliding properties and wear resistance. For guide rails, bearings, and components of conveying machinery. Round bars φ20 to φ50.
