Sheiparu (R) Hi Msoft (manufactured by Tokuyama) is a composite sintered body of aluminum nitride (AlN) and boron nitride (BN), which is a machinable ceramic that can be processed with common cutting tools. It has a thermal conductivity of 92 W/m·K and thermal dissipation properties close to that of metals, while also possessing high electrical insulation properties, making it suitable for insulation and thermal insulation components in high-temperature parts of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, as well as heat dissipation materials. KIRIURI.COM offers white round bars in five sizes (φ10 to φ40). Parts can be manufactured by machining from round bars, making it suitable for small quantities and short lead-time prototypes. We also accommodate cutting sales in required sizes and quantities (some sizes are only available for standard length sales).
