Unilate is a composite material from Unichika, which combines glass short fibers and inorganic fillers with PET (polyethylene terephthalate). It excels in electrical insulation, rigidity, and dimensional stability, and has low water absorption, making it suitable for insulating parts and jigs. Compared to PI (Bespel) and PEI, it is more cost-effective and is a strong option for insulation applications below 120°C. KIRIURI.COM offers standard grade Unilate PR (brown) in four sizes of round bars (φ30 to φ60). We accommodate cutting to the required length and quantity.
