Alumina (aluminum oxide Al2O3) is a high-hardness, high-insulation ceramic that can be used practically up to about 1500°C. Its melting point is 2072°C, making it widely used as a material for thermocouple protection tubes and insulating tubes in high-temperature environments that cannot withstand resins or machinable ceramics. Alumina (ivory color) tube, large diameter pipe. It can be used up to about 1500°C in practical applications, and it has high hardness, high insulation, and excellent wear resistance. We offer large diameter sizes with an outer diameter of φ27 and above. Sizes range from φ27×φ17 to φ120×φ110 (40 sizes).
Alumina (ivory color) protection tube for thermocouple protection. This shape is widely used as a protection tube for thermocouples. It is also used for electrical insulation at high temperatures. φ4×φ2 to φ26×φ12.7 (36 sizes).
Alumina (ivory color) thin tubes - small diameter tubes. These are thin tubes with small diameters starting from an outer diameter of φ1. They are used for protecting thermocouples or in areas where insulation is needed at high temperatures. Sizes range from φ1×φ0.5 to φ15×φ11 (30 sizes).
