Applications/Examples of results
For construction machinery such as shovel buckets, dump beds, crusher screens, shredder blades, and dust collector liners. The areas of concern involve sites where significant loads and impacts are applied during the excavation and crushing of soil and rocks, leading to surface erosion in a groove-like manner, as well as the transport processes where scratches progress due to contact with small ores and sand grains. Currently using ABREX400, if only the heavily impacted areas are experiencing wear, there is an option to switch those parts to ABREX500. There is no need for the uniform hardness of steel plates at 600HBW or higher; instead, it is suitable for situations aiming for 500HBW with a guarantee of 450-550HBW to enhance wear resistance. During replacement, check the wear position, plate thickness, presence of impact, welding constraints, and bending direction, and consider material changes only for the necessary areas.
