basic information
This nozzle can be attached to a shower hose and can be used for: ● A microbubble shower, which creates a microbubble bath when placed in a bathtub. ● A simple jacuzzi when air is self-aspirated in the bathtub. ● A bubble shower with pulsating strength and weakness when air is self-aspirated. ● It can be widely applied from household use to agriculture, fisheries, and industrial applications. The nozzle developed this time differs from existing microbubble generation mechanisms. The "new type nozzle" is named the complex multi-stage turbulent flow method = loop flow method. Compared to existing nozzles, it is expected to receive high evaluations when comprehensively judged on functionality, simplicity, and price. The new type nozzle is characterized by its high vacuum level. Among about 50 prototypes, the nozzle with the highest vacuum level reached -0.087 MPa, achieving 87% vacuum. The inflow water pressure at this time was 0.3 MPa. When tap water is sprayed from the new type nozzle, it appears as a "slightly thin white turbidity." Hot water appears cloudier than cold water. This is sufficient to generate microbubbles. For more details, please visit our website.

Applications/Examples of results
1. We supply a special type to a company that sells ozone microbubble shower devices. 2. It is attached to the showerhead and used as a shower. 3. A microbubble bath. Additionally, it can be used as a simple jacuzzi by self-supplying air. 4. This nozzle has a high air suction rate, so when used with seawater, it generates a lot of microbubbles. 5. *The applications are very broad. Microbubbles are being used in various fields such as fuel improvement, aquaculture of fish and shellfish, sterilization and cleaning of oysters, live fish tanks, ship pens, live bait like sardines, ornamental aquariums, coral breeding, ranchu breeding, arowana breeding, yeast fermentation, hydroponics, irrigation cultivation, liquid fertilizer production, improved germination efficiency, baths, showers, water purification, wastewater treatment, simple toilets, algae control, various oil separation, parts cleaning, vegetable washing, cleaning machines, plating-related processes, deodorization, medical applications, and reducing resistance in ships.

Company information
Our main business is the design of specialized machine tools for processing automotive parts and similar items. We have been researching microbubbles since 2000. In 2006, we developed a loop flow microbubble generation nozzle. We applied for a patent, which was published in May 2008. Since spring 2008, we have been supplying a special type to a company that sells ozone microbubble shower devices. General sales began in 2009.
