We will conduct precise measurements of roundness, cylindricity, and straightness using a roundness measuring machine.
The roundness measuring machine enables precise measurements of geometric tolerances such as roundness, straightness (in the vertical direction), and perpendicularity. Our company's roundness measuring machine consists of three drive axes (table, horizontal straightness unit, and vertical straightness unit) and comes in two types: detector rotation type and table rotation type, both of which are contact-type probe systems. In addition to providing numerical reports of the measurement results, we can also submit reports that visually represent the actual degree of distortion with graphics.

【Support for Various Measurement Items】 Roundness, vertical straightness, squareness, parallelism, flatness, coaxiality, cylindricity, circularity, eccentricity, runout, harmonic analysis, slope analysis, horizontal straightness, etc. 【Measurement with High Resolution and High Precision】 The resolution is up to 0.002μm with the RONDCOM 44 (measurement range ±1000μm), and the straightness accuracy is up to 0.12μm (with a column of 100mm). 【Support for Large Measurement Objects】 Using the RONDCOM 73A, measurements can be performed for objects with a maximum diameter of φ450mm and a maximum height of 1,015mm.
