This is a tungsten probe that can be used for various purposes such as poking, rubbing, scraping, and cutting objects. It is available in a range of tip diameters from 0.2μm to 30μm, allowing you to choose from various sizes depending on the sample being collected. The 10μm and 30μm sizes are very convenient for manual work due to their strong and flexible characteristics. By using the tungsten probe with a micromanipulator (such as Axis Pro), it becomes possible to sample extremely small objects and thin films that were previously thought to be unattainable.
