This is a hard metal probe that can be used for a wide range of applications, such as poking, pushing aside, rubbing, cutting, scraping, and slicing objects. The 5μm probe enables micro-area cutting of hard materials like metals, silicon wafers, and glass, as well as marking targets before FIB processing. The micro-peeler has a tip shaped like a chisel, allowing for flat cutting of polymer material surfaces, cutting of micro-embedded objects, removal of micro-protrusions, pinpoint excision of IC bonding wires, and cutting of micro-wires, making it suitable for a wide variety of materials. The knife edge is effective for retrieving foreign objects embedded in tablets and excavating foreign objects buried in non-ferrous metals and hard plastics.
